1 · Show up with a job
A task you do every week that eats time. Quotes, follow-ups, reports, research — anything repetitive is fair game.
2 · We build it live
We pick attendees' problems and set the workflow up on screen, start to finish, with the exact prompts and tools from the open library.
3 · You copy it home
Everything we use is public on this site, so you can rebuild it the moment the call ends — and come back next week with the next job.

Fair questions
What actually happens on the call?
It's a working session, not a webinar. We pick one or two real problems from the people on the call — a quote that takes an hour to write, a inbox that needs triage, a report nobody has time for — and set up an AI workflow for it live. You copy what applies to you.
Is it really free? What's the catch?
Really free. The Academy's library is open and the weekly call is how we onboard people into it. Some attendees later become members or Tech Horizon Labs clients — that's the business model, and we're happy to say so out loud.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The call assumes you run a business, not a dev team. If you can use email and a browser you're qualified.
I can't make it live — is there a recording?
Recordings go to members. The live call is free every single week though, so the next one is never far away.
