Tell clients prices are going up without apologising for existing
When to use it: Use before your new financial year or when costs have genuinely moved

BUSINESS: [WHAT YOU DO]. Change: [OLD → NEW PRICES or %], effective [DATE]. Last increase was: [WHEN / never]. Honest reasons: [COSTS UP / SKILLS INVESTED / DEMAND]. What clients get that they didn't before (if anything): [LIST or "n/a"].
Rules:
1. Under 160 words. State the change and date in the first two sentences.
2. One sentence of reason — factual, not apologetic. No "unfortunately", no essay about inflation.
3. If long-term clients get grandfathered/notice-period pricing, say exactly how.
4. Close with confidence and a thank-you that doesn't grovel.
Give me two versions: email to existing clients, and a short paragraph for the website/quote template. Then one line of advice: which clients (if any) deserve a personal phone call before this lands.
