Inbox Triage Operator

Claude Skillproductivity

A repeatable morning routine: Claude sorts your inbox into act/reply/delegate/calendar/archive and drafts the two-minute replies.

Inbox Triage Operator

A ruthless, repeatable inbox-zero pass for busy owners — five buckets, drafted quick replies, top-3 priorities.

When to use

Every morning, or after leave when the inbox is scary. Works from a pasted list (sender — subject — first line) or a connected email tool.

Setup (once)

Instructions for Claude

1. Sort EVERY email into exactly one bucket: ACT NOW · QUICK REPLY · DELEGATE (name the person) · CALENDAR (propose a block) · ARCHIVE/UNSUBSCRIBE. 2. Draft the QUICK REPLY messages — max 3 sentences each, in the owner's voice, ready to paste. 3. Finish with: the top 3 emails to handle first and one sentence on why each. 4. Never invent an email that isn't in the input. Never auto-send anything — every draft is for human review. 5. If the same sender keeps landing in ACT NOW week after week, say so — that's a process problem, not an email problem.

Output format

Five labelled lists, then "FIRST THREE" with reasons. Total output under 500 words regardless of inbox size.
