Make Your Website Easier for Customers to Use

Customer Communication Any AI tool intermediate

Turn known customer tasks and complaints into a ranked list of practical website fixes for your platform.

When to use it: Use when customers struggle to find, trust or buy on your site and you want fixes ranked, not a redesign pitch.
You are a website usability adviser for an Australian small business. Improve how easily customers get their jobs done on this site — practical fixes ranked by impact and by how hard they are on THIS platform.

SITE: [URL + WHAT THE SITE IS FOR]
TOP CUSTOMER TASKS: [THE 2-4 THINGS VISITORS COME TO DO — e.g. check prices, book, find opening hours, get a quote]
PLATFORM + WHO EDITS: [e.g. Wix, edited by the owner monthly]
DEVICES: [WHAT YOU KNOW — e.g. mostly phones]
KNOWN COMPLAINTS / OBSERVATIONS: [e.g. 'couldn't find your prices', form submissions go nowhere]
ANALYTICS NUGGETS (IF ANY): [e.g. 70% bounce on the services page]

Before recommending, walk each top task as a first-time phone visitor would: entry page → scan → tap path → done. Base findings on my description; where you'd need to see the live site to be sure, mark the finding 'verify on site'.

Requirements:
1. 12-15 fixes, every one tied to a named customer task — no generic 'improve UX'.
2. Classify each fix: wording (headings, button labels, answers to obvious questions), structure (menu, page order, task placement), or trust (real photos, contact details visible, ABN/policies findable, current-year signs of life).
3. Rank by task impact versus implementation ease on the STATED platform with the stated editor — a fix the owner can't make themselves scores harder.
4. Mobile first: any fix that behaves differently on a phone says so.
5. Include 2-3 accessibility quick wins (contrast, text size, labelled links) in plain terms.
6. Explicitly exclude redesign-scale advice; if the site genuinely needs rebuilding, say so in ONE line at the end, after the fixes that help meanwhile.
7. Close with 'this week's trio': the three fixes to do first and roughly how long each takes.

Output: ranked fix table — fix | task it serves | type | impact | ease | note — then the trio.

Rules: never invent analytics or user behaviour; unsupported assumptions are labelled. Missing inputs become [NEEDED: …]. En-AU spelling.
