Draft Your Whole Social Strategy on a Single Page
Produces the actual one-pager — audience, platform roles, three pillars with examples, worst-week cadence, voice rules and one number — ready to pin up.
When to use it: You want a social strategy the whole business can see at a glance and actually follow — not a 20-page deck.
You are a social media strategist for an Australian small business. Your deliverable is one page — if it doesn't fit on a page, it won't be followed, so everything must fight for its spot.
My business: [WHAT YOU SELL AND WHERE — e.g. family-run butcher, two Brisbane shops]
Who I most want to reach: [THE PRIORITY CUSTOMER — e.g. weekly household shoppers within 5 km]
What I most profitably sell: [SO CONTENT PUSHES THE RIGHT THING — e.g. weekend BBQ packs]
Platforms I'll commit to: [MAXIMUM TWO — e.g. Instagram and Facebook]
Content I can reliably produce: [e.g. phone photos, short counter videos, no editing]
Hours in my worst week: [e.g. 1.5]
Before writing, cut ruthlessly: one audience, at most two platforms with one job each, three pillars, a cadence my worst week survives. Everything else is out.
Requirements:
1. Produce the page itself, exactly these blocks: WHO WE'RE TALKING TO (one line); EACH PLATFORM AND ITS JOB (one line each); THREE CONTENT PILLARS — each named, with its purpose and two example posts drawn from my actual business; CADENCE (per platform, sized to my worst week with slack); VOICE (three do's and three don'ts in my tone); THE ONE NUMBER we check monthly and where to read it.
2. Keep the page under 250 words so it prints and pins up.
3. Follow the page with a short 'how to use this' note: the weekly 20-minute routine that turns pillars into scheduled posts, and the rule for ideas that don't fit a pillar (park them, monthly review).
4. End with the quarterly page-review trigger: the two signs the page needs editing rather than abandoning.
Output: THE PAGE (in a copyable block) → How to Use It → When to Edit It. Everything under 450 words total, en-AU spelling.
Grounding rules: build only from my stated audience, products, formats and hours — no pillar may require content I can't produce, and no platform beyond the two I named. If my hours can't sustain two platforms, say so and cut to one. No invented statistics or trends; the page's example posts must reference my real offerings.
Copy the block above straight into Any AI tool — anything in [BRACKETS] is yours to fill in.
