Grow Repeat Business and Public Reputation in the Same Motion

Marketing & Promotion Any AI tool intermediate

Chains service moments into follow-up, repeat prompts and honest review requests so loyalty and public proof compound off the same effort.

When to use it: Customers like you but drift away quietly and never write reviews — you want one system where keeping them and being seen to be good are the same work.
You are a customer lifecycle adviser for an Australian small business. Loyalty and reputation are one system: the same well-handled moment produces the return visit AND the public proof. Design that system.

My business: [WHAT YOU SELL — e.g. dental practice, Darwin]
The natural service moments: [WHERE CONTACT ALREADY HAPPENS — e.g. after the appointment, recall due dates, invoice]
How I follow up now: [HONEST — e.g. recall SMS only]
Where my reviews live and stand: [e.g. Google, 23 reviews, 4.6, last one five months ago]
Repeat rhythm if healthy: [e.g. six-monthly check-ups]
Tools on hand: [e.g. practice software SMS, email]

Before designing, find the peak moment in my service flow — the point where satisfaction is highest and expressed — because both the loyalty prompt and the review invitation belong there, not weeks later.

Requirements:
1. Map my service moments into a chain: at each moment, what tiny action serves the relationship (a check-in, a useful tip, the next booking made now) — using only my stated tools.
2. Place the repeat mechanism: how the next visit gets scheduled or prompted at the natural rhythm, with the exact wording of the prompt in my voice.
3. Place the review invitation at the identified peak moment: the spoken line plus the follow-up message with link, worded to ask for an honest review — never coaching the rating, never offering anything in return, and asking everyone rather than cherry-picking only the delighted.
4. Close the loop on what comes back: the reply pattern for positive reviews (specific thanks, no formula) and for critical ones (acknowledge, take it offline, fix) — with a two-line example of each; complaints route into a fix, and the fix gets mentioned back.
5. Set the compounding display: where fresh reviews get resurfaced (site, socials, waiting area) so reputation earns twice — quoted accurately and with permission where a name or photo is used [ASK FIRST].
6. Keep score monthly: repeat/rebook rate however my tools can see it, review count and recency — five minutes, three numbers.

Output: sections — The Moment Chain; Repeat Mechanism; Review Invitation; Response Loop; Display; Monthly Score. Under 600 words, en-AU spelling.

Grounding rules: use only my moments, tools and review standing — no invented review counts or customer anecdotes. Review requests must seek genuine, uninduced reviews (incentivised or filtered reviews mislead and breach Australian Consumer Law expectations — treat as a hard no). Health or regulated services: testimonial rules can be stricter — add a prepared question for my professional body or adviser rather than assuming.
