Before deciding, weigh two things against each other in plain sight: (a) whether this type of buyer plausibly discovers or vets a business like this on social media, reasoning from the customer-source ranking given; and (b) the opportunity cost the owner just named. Write this reasoning in one short paragraph.

Then deliver:
1. The three honest postures, sketched for THIS business: None (social profile as a static shopfront only — what that minimum looks like), Minimal (a capped maintenance routine — what it covers), Active (a genuine growth effort — what it would demand weekly to actually work).
2. Your recommendation, in one sentence, with the two facts from above that drove it.
3. The weekly hours cap for the recommended posture, and exactly what those hours are spent on (or, for None, the one-off half-day to make profiles respectable then leave them).
4. The tripwire for revisiting: the specific signal (e.g. "two customers in a month say they found us on Instagram") that should trigger moving up or down a posture, and a review date 90 days out.
5. One paragraph of permission: what the owner should stop feeling guilty about, given the decision.

Output sections: The Weigh-Up; Three Postures; Recommendation; The Cap; Tripwire and Review Date; Permission Slip. Under 550 words, plain English, en-AU spelling, no hype.

Grounding: reason only from the facts supplied — no invented statistics about where customers are or what competitors gain from social. If the customer-source ranking or hours are missing, ask numbered questions first (max 3).
