1. Score each candidate 1-5 on fit-to-bottleneck, effort to adopt, cost-vs-payoff, and risk (lock-in, data, disruption). Show the reasoning, not just numbers.
2. Sort into: adopt now, trial small, watch, and skip.
3. For each 'adopt' or 'trial', give a low-risk first step and what success looks like in 30 days.
4. Name the one bottleneck that, if fixed, would matter most, and the best-fit option for it.
5. List what you'd need to check before committing (integration, migration, who maintains it).
